05Risk disclosure Live on-chain

THE RISKS.
STATED UP FRONT.

Credibility comes from showing the levers—not hiding them in a footer. This is the part to understand before interacting with $APES or the tracker.

01

Third-party controls

Tokenized AMC is administered by third parties. Pauses, blocklists, admin burns, or transfer restrictions may affect access and value.

02

Concentrated market

One watched wallet holds approximately 31.5% of the on-chain float. A large sale—or limited liquidity—could move price quickly.

03

Contract & execution

Smart contracts, keepers, routers, and network infrastructure can fail or be exploited. Testing reduces risk; it cannot remove it.

04

Lock expiry

AMC cannot be withdrawn before lockEnd. After expiry, the contract owner may withdraw the assets unless the lock is extended.

Operator surface

The controls that remain.

A timelock does not make every other system role disappear. The operator surface stays visible here.

Owner
Configuration, pausing, extension, and post-expiry withdrawal powers
Keeper
Authorized execution of controlled buy-and-lock transactions
Router
Configurable swap integration subject to clip and output checks
Timelock
Cannot be shortened; assets may be withdrawn by owner after expiry
IMPORTANT

$APES is experimental and highly speculative. No profit, price, liquidity, or continued operation is guaranteed. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research and only risk what you can afford to lose.

  • Values shown are live on-chain data.
  • Contract testing reduces risk; it cannot eliminate it.
  • Third-party token and network restrictions may still apply.
